To receive the discount, eligible riders must register at a HART Customer Service window:
- Marion Transit Center - 1211 N. Marion St., Tampa, FL
- University Area Transit Center - 13110 N. 27th St., Tampa, FL
The Youth Pass is available exclusively on Flamingo Fares, HART's e-fare and smart card payment system.
